Alejandro Aramburú Senno spent his early years with a tennis racket before music took over entirely. The Lima-born performer was a national tennis champion at 14, then pivoted to songwriting and performance, studying at Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan and USC Thornton School of Music in Los Angeles. He had already released independent Spanish-language music including Quien Es Ella?, Pringao, and Mareas, and landed acting roles on Peruvian television in De Vuelta al Barrio and a local adaptation of La Rosa de Guadalupe, before joining HYBE Latin America's Santos Bravos as its Peruvian representative.
