FRAME THE X

FRAME THE X is an upcoming six-member K-pop boy group under DY Entertainment, announced on March 20, 2026. The group emerged directly from the conclusion of TRIGER, the Japan-focused act that ran under DY Entertainment from 2019 to 2026. When TRIGER gave its final performance on March 7, 2026, members Ato and Roa released a joint statement reflecting on their time together: "We received far more love than we ever expected. Every moment we spent as TRIGER has become a very precious memory for us." The announcement of FRAME THE X followed thirteen days later, framing the transition as a continuation rather than a departure. FRAME THE X will comprise six members, with Ato and Roa confirmed and four yet to be revealed. DY Entertainment repurposed the TRIGER YouTube channel as the official home for the new group, preserving the connection to TRIGER's fanbase (known as Triing) while signalling a fresh identity. The group's Instagram and X launched as @framethe_x. No debut date has been confirmed as of March 2026 and no additional members have been publicly announced. The name has not received an official explanation from the label. The X reads as both an unresolved variable -- pointing to the four members still to be revealed -- and a stylistic mark of ambition.
