Jun Jin

Jun Jin (전진), born Park Choong-jae, is one of the performers who made first-generation idol longevity look possible. He debuted with Shinhwa on March 24, 1998 under SM Entertainment and stayed central to the group through agency shifts, military breaks, and anniversary cycles that would have ended most peers. Inside Shinhwa, Jun Jin built his identity on movement before mythology. He started as one of the group's sharpest dancers and rappers, then grew into a more flexible vocal contributor as the catalog moved from "T.O.P" and "Perfect Man" into later tours and reunion chapters. That evolution matters because Shinhwa's stage language has always depended on timing, aggression, and chemistry more than nostalgia alone, and Jun Jin has been one of the members who keeps that engine running.
