Kaede

Kaede is the stage name of Yamada Kaede (山田楓), a Japanese performer active in South Korea as part of tripleS. Since joining MODHAUS's modular idol project, she has stood out for a poised screen presence that travels well across both music stages and fan-facing digital content.

In My Idol, My Debut, Kaede plays Karin, one of the IRION members, in a role explicitly framed toward global fandom crossover. That casting makes strategic sense. The MBC Plus drama is not only launching a story. It is building a cross-media idol pathway that depends on international audience curiosity from day one.

Kaede's current relevance sits right there. She already operates inside one of K-pop's more digitally native fandom ecosystems, and this project puts that fluency into a broader broadcast-and-performance context.
