Kim Jaejoong

Kim Jaejoong (born Kim Jae-joong, January 26, 1986) is a South Korean singer-songwriter, actor, and entertainment executive. He first rose to fame as a lead vocalist of TVXQ, one of the most successful K-pop groups in history, debuting under SM Entertainment in 2003. Following a landmark contract dispute, he formed JYJ alongside Park Yoochun and Kim Junsu in 2010. As a solo artist, Jaejoong has released multiple studio albums spanning rock, pop, and covers, including "WWW" (2013), "No.X" (2016), "Born Gene" (2022), "Flower Garden" (2024), and "Outsider" (February 2025). His Japanese releases have topped the Oricon chart, with "Flawless Love" and both volumes of "Love Covers" all reaching #1. His acting career includes lead roles in K-dramas such as "Protect the Boss" (2011), "Triangle" (2014), "SPY" (2015), and "Bad Memory Eraser" (2024). Beyond performing, Jaejoong co-founded iNKODE Entertainment in 2023 alongside CEO Noh Hyuntae, serving as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Under iNKODE, he oversees the debut of boy groups KEYVITUP and VAY ONN, and manages girl group SAY MY NAME. In November 2024, he reunited with former JYJ bandmate Kim Junsu to form JX, continuing their creative partnership under a new name.
