Lee Changmin
Lee Changmin (이창민), known mononymously as Changmin, is a South Korean singer, musical theater actor, and MC born on May 1, 1986, in Busan. The eldest member of the ballad group 2AM, he debuted under JYP Entertainment and Big Hit Entertainment in July 2008 and became recognized as the group's main vocalist, capable of precise high notes and commanding harmonies. Before joining 2AM, he trained at Big Hit Entertainment and previously served as a vocal instructor at JYP.
Changmin launched a parallel musical theater career that established him as one of K-pop's most versatile stage performers. He has appeared in acclaimed productions including La Cage aux Folles (2012), Turandot (2016), Chess, Elisabeth, and The Man Who Laughs, each showcasing the full range of his classical vocal training. In 2010, he co-founded the R&B duo Homme alongside 8Eight's Lee Hyun, releasing the chart-topping hit 'I Was Able to Eat Well.'
