Lee Yi-dam

Lee Yi-dam (이이담), born Baek Hye-won (백혜원) on May 20, 1996, is a South Korean actress whose craft-first approach has quietly built one of the more consistent resumes in Korean streaming drama. She first came to attention through director Hur Jin-ho's short film Two Lights: Relumino (2017), a Samsung-funded project spotlighting the visually impaired, where she appeared alongside Park Hyung-sik. That early recognition opened doors into commercial television, and she spent several years in supporting roles before landing two back-to-back Netflix projects in 2023 that changed her profile. In Black Knight, she played Joo-ah alongside Kim Woo-bin in the dystopian six-episode series. In Daily Dose of Sunshine, she starred as Jung Da-eun, a psychiatric ward nurse navigating her patients and her own mental health. The performance drew attention for its emotional restraint on a subject that Korean drama rarely approaches with that kind of care.
