Okayama Rukia (岡山 月輝), known by his stage name Rukia, is a Japanese singer and the maknae of boy group KEYVITUP under iNKODE Entertainment. Born on May 31, 2009, Rukia is the youngest member of the group and the only one born in 2009. His MBTI type is ENFP.
