SAY MY NAME

SAY MY NAME (세이마이네임) is an eight-member South Korean girl group under iNKODE Entertainment. The group debuted on October 16, 2024 with their self-titled EP featuring the title track "WaveWay." Originally debuting as a seven-member group, the lineup expanded with the addition of Shuie in July 2025. The group features a multinational roster: Hitomi (Japan, former IZ*ONE and AKB48 member and leader), Shuie (China), Mei (Japan), Kanny (Thailand), Soha (South Korea), Dohee (South Korea), Junhwi (South Korea), and Seungjoo (South Korea). Their diverse backgrounds and the presence of experienced performers like Hitomi have drawn attention from both domestic and international fans. SAY MY NAME is produced under the creative direction of Kim Jaejoong, who serves as CSO of iNKODE Entertainment. The group name reflects the idea of gaining strength and courage when someone calls your name, embodying a message of growing together and staying true to oneself. Their second EP My Name Is... (March 13, 2025) introduced lead single "ShaLala" and demonstrated sharper production and a more defined group identity. The project also spawned a Japanese version of "ShaLala," marking early steps into the Japan market. Shuie joined as the eighth member in July 2025, and the group followed with the single "iLy" on August 1, their first release as an eight-piece. The song interpolates Frankie Valli's classic "Can't Take My Eyes Off You," threading a pop standard into contemporary K-pop production. Their third EP &Our Vibe (December 29, 2025) delivered lead single "UFO (Attent!on)," which earned the group their first win on a domestic music show at Music Bank on January 9, 2026. The fandom name is LOVvmE (로미), a wordplay on one of their B-sides, "8llowme." Upon debut, SAY MY NAME was selected as the global model for vitamin-specialized skincare brand Tiam.
