Archive Achim
Archive Achim (아카이브아침) is a South Korean artist management and music branding agency founded in 2020 by CEO Kim Mi-sun. The name translates loosely to 'morning archive,' reflecting the label's ethos of preserving and building artistic legacies with patience and intention. Operating as a boutique label in Seoul, Archive Achim places creative identity above commercial speed, working with a small and intentional roster of artists whose artistry it believes in for the long term.
The agency's current roster centers on Jo Kwon (조권), the former 2AM vocalist and solo artist who signed with Archive Achim in 2024. In March 2026, Jo Kwon released his comeback single 'Like I Do' under the label after an eight-year solo hiatus, marking a new chapter in his career with contributions from Swedish producers Mathilde Nyegaard and Noak Hellsing. The release generated significant industry buzz ahead of its March 27 drop, with artists including JY Park, Uhm Jung Hwa, and Kiiikiii attending a pre-listening session. Also on the roster is Isaac Hong, winner of Sing Again 3.
Archive Achim manages the full career arc of each artist: from creative direction and image development to album production, performance strategy, and media relations. Its philosophy prioritizes sustained artistry over trend cycles, giving artists room to develop a consistent long-term identity. The agency's Instagram handle @archive.achim_official and YouTube channel document their work and roster activity.
