KLAP Entertainment
KLAP Entertainment (클랩엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean music label and entertainment agency founded in July 2020 by NCSoft, the gaming giant behind Lineage and Aion. Established with 800 million won in initial investment, the label was built around NCSoft ambitions in the Korean entertainment industry and quickly became active within Mnet idol production ecosystem.
NCSoft sold its 66.9% majority stake to existing shareholders in May 2023. The label was subsequently acquired by Blitzway Entertainment in May 2025. Blitzway is a collectibles and entertainment company founded by Korean actress Kim Yeri, marking its entry into the K-pop label business. CEO Lee Seon has continued to lead the company through these ownership changes.
KLAP most significant act is Kep1er, the girl group formed via Girls Planet 999 in 2021 and co-managed with WAKEONE. In March 2026, Seo Youngeun departed from Kep1er and KLAP Entertainment following the group disbandment, relocating to HYBE Labels. The label has also managed SISTAR19, the unit of Hyolyn and Bora, and boy group VANNER (2023-2025). The label operates under the legal entity Klep Entertainment Co., Ltd.
