Management OREUM
Management OREUM (매니지먼트 오름), internationally known as Management Allum, is a South Korean actor management and content production company founded on October 4, 2016, by CEO Choi Jeong-nam. Headquartered in Mangwon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, the agency operates on a selective roster philosophy that prioritizes long-term career development and creative integrity over volume.
CEO Choi Jeong-nam brings decades of industry experience from senior positions at Sidus HQ, Fantasyio, and UAA, three of South Korea's most respected talent firms. Under his leadership, Management OREUM has steadily built one of the industry's most respected actor rosters, with a focus on mid-career stars and critically acclaimed performers capable of carrying prestige drama and film projects.
The agency's flagship talent is actor Jung Kyung-ho (정경호), whose 2023 Netflix hit Crash Course in Romance became one of the platform's most-watched Korean titles globally. He is confirmed to star in the upcoming JTBC romance drama Unwavering Romance (2026). Other notable roster members include Lee So-yeon, Yeon Jae-wook, Younghee Na, Riwon Park, Seoyoon Park, Heejin Woo, Yoon Yeo-won, Shincheol Kang, and rising actress Jeong Ji-yoon. The agency also represents actor Yeo Jin-goo on select projects.
Beyond talent management, Management OREUM has expanded into content production. In 2025, the agency co-produced the JTBC legal drama Esquire: Lawyers, marking its first major step into IP development and broadcast co-production. The agency accepts new talent through formal audition submissions via [email protected].
