MW Entertainment
MW Entertainment is the label Lee Won-min launched in January 2026 after leaving the RBW system and closing the long WM Entertainment chapter he started in 2008. That history gives the company more weight than a standard startup agency. Lee already has years of executive equity tied to acts such as Oh My Girl, Lee Chae Yeon, and now USPEER.
The first real test came quickly. MW secured USPEER's contracts and trademark rights, then moved straight into comeback planning after the group shifted to a six-member lineup. That matters because it shows MW operating as a live K-pop management business, not a shell brand waiting for trainees to surface.
Right now the label reads as a focused operator built around transfer management, comeback execution, and measured roster building. Publicly, its clearest official touchpoint is the MW ENTERTAINMENT Official YouTube channel, which doubles as the company's current branded hub while the post-WM identity takes shape.
