PVH Corp
PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH) is one of the largest fashion conglomerates in the world, owning two of the most recognized apparel brands globally: Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Formerly known as Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, the company traces its roots to 1881 when Moses Phillips began selling hand-sewn shirts to Pennsylvania coal miners.
The company transformed from a shirt manufacturer into a global fashion powerhouse through strategic acquisitions. PVH acquired Calvin Klein in 2003 and Tommy Hilfiger in 2010, consolidating two iconic American brands under one corporate umbrella. The company also licenses brands including Kenneth Cole New York and Michael Kors.
Headquartered in Manhattan with over 120,000 employees worldwide, PVH generated approximately $9 billion in revenue in 2022. The company is one of only 26 companies and the only apparel company to celebrate a centennial on the New York Stock Exchange. Under CEO Stefan Larsson, PVH has expanded its presence across Asia through partnerships with K-Pop artists as brand ambassadors for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
