Heo Yoo-rim (허유림), known as Aisha (아샤), is the lead rapper, lead dancer, visual, and maknae of EVERGLOW. Born July 21, 2000, in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, she is the tallest member at 174.3cm and the youngest. MBTI ENTJ, blood type B.
Aisha’s path to debut was the longest in the group. She passed a JYP Entertainment audition at age eight in 2008 and spent eight years training under the label before departing in 2016 and eventually joining Yuehua Entertainment. That decade-long investment shows. Her rap delivery is one of the most technically controlled in fourth-generation K-pop, and her visual impact in performance is hard to miss.
She debuted with EVERGLOW on March 18, 2019, and contributed consistently across the group’s six-year run at Yuehua: from "Bon Bon Chocolat" through the Billboard-named best K-pop song of 2020 "La Di Da," through the group’s 2024 fourth mini album CODE.
In September 2025, Aisha signed with Chxxta Company alongside E:U, Sihyeon, and Onda to continue EVERGLOW as a four-member unit, with Mia and Yiren not rejoining.
