Originally founded in February 2023 as NineX Company, it rebranded through Cheeta Co. before settling on its current identity. The company manages three acts: EVERGLOW, the mixed vocal group CREZL (active since 2024), and girl group I'll.
The agency's profile shifted substantially in September 2025 when four members of EVERGLOW, Sihyeon, E:U, Onda, and Aisha, signed exclusive contracts following their departure from Yuehua Entertainment.
