Anton
Anton (앤톤), born Lee Chan-young (이찬영), gives RIIZE one of its clearest global-entry points: a Korean American maknae raised between Boston, New Jersey, and Seoul, with the kind of real musicianship that becomes useful instead of decorative. Signed to SM Entertainment, he entered the group with guitar and cello training, fluent English and Korean communication, and the calm stage presence that has made him a standout in RIIZE's fastest-growth phase.
His family background explains part of that polish without reducing him to lineage. Anton is the son of veteran producer and composer Yoon Sang and actress Shim Hye-jin, but his idol framing landed because the skill set was visible from the start. RIIZE debuted on September 4, 2023 with Get A Guitar, a concept that let Anton's instrument-first image feel central instead of ornamental. As RIIZE moved into the ODYSSEY era, he became an increasingly important bridge for international press and fans following the group's expansion outside Korea.
That growth was measurable by early 2026. RIIZE completed a three-night Tokyo Dome run in February, drawing 120,000 fans and becoming the fastest K-pop boy group to headline the venue. Inside that scale-up, Anton's role has been clear: he helps RIIZE read polished, modern, and globally legible without losing the musical identity that framed the group at launch.
