Cho Jun-young
Cho Jun-young (조준영) has become one of the more obvious young-actor bets inside SM Entertainment's screen roster. He is tall, composed, and unusually good at holding tension without overplaying it, which has made him a strong fit for youth drama, adaptation work, and ensemble roles that need quiet pressure instead of blunt theatrics.
His climb has been steady. Early exposure through Happy New Year and Idol: The Coup gave way to broader recognition with All That We Loved, then a more visible leap in the 2025 film Spirit Fingers. By the time he arrived in tvN and CJ ENM's 2026 drama Spring Fever, he no longer looked like a newcomer being tested. He looked like an actor being positioned for a longer television run.
That 2026 cycle mattered because it placed Cho alongside established names including Ahn Bo-hyun and Lee Joo-bin while giving him a wider prime-time showcase. His official Instagram launch in 2024 and continued placement on SM's artist roster both point the same way: this is an actor still early in the arc, but no longer easy to treat as a fringe prospect.
