DK (도겸), born Lee Seok-min (이석민) on February 18, 1997, in Mapo District, Seoul, is the leader of BSS and a main vocalist of SEVENTEEN under Pledis Entertainment. His stage name encodes a philosophy: Do (道) meaning a path, Kyeom (兼) meaning multitasker. He has spent a decade proving it is not just branding.
DK trained at the School of Performing Arts Seoul and debuted with SEVENTEEN in May 2015 on the EP 17 Carat. Within the group he anchors the vocal unit alongside Woozi and Jeonghan, and has received songwriting credit on over ten SEVENTEEN tracks.
