Dongheon
Lee Dong-heon (이동헌), known as Dongheon, is the leader and main rapper of VERIVERY, the Jellyfish Entertainment boy group that built its reputation on self-directed visuals and tightly drilled performance detail. He debuted with the team on January 9, 2019 through VERI-US, then quickly became one of the members most closely tied to the group's internal discipline and stage architecture. Inside VERIVERY's lineup, Dongheon has long functioned as the organizing center, setting the tone in rehearsals while also anchoring the rap line.
That leadership became more visible as VERIVERY pushed through Mnet's Road to Kingdom cycle and into the darker, sharper music that followed. Releases like Face Me, Series 'O' [ROUND 1: HALL], and Liminality - EP.LOVE showed how the group could stretch from bright rookie energy into a more performance-heavy identity without losing precision. After beginning military service in 2023, Dongheon returned in 2025 and stepped straight back into public competition through Boys II Planet, extending his profile beyond the core VERRER audience before rejoining VERIVERY for the 2025 single album Lost and Found.
What makes Dongheon stand out is control. He does not sell a loose, improvisational image. His appeal comes from structure, authority, and the sense that every VERIVERY stage has been stress-tested before it hits the camera. That has made him central to the group's post-debut identity under Jellyfish Entertainment, especially as the team moves through a more mature second act.
