Giseok
Giseok (기석), born Ryu Giseok, is one of the younger faces of DKZ and part of the lineup that carried the group through its post-rebrand stretch. He officially entered the act in April 2022, when DONGYO ENTERTAINMENT used Chase Episode 2. Maum to reset the group's direction and capitalize on a sudden rise in public attention.
That timing shaped his role. Giseok was not introduced into a quiet trainee-to-debut pipeline. He arrived while DKZ was already being watched more closely, which meant the younger members had to develop in public and fast. His value in the group has come from helping stabilize that second-phase lineup through releases like Tasty, live schedules, and the touring activity that followed as the act tried to convert momentum into something durable.
His profile still reads as a group-era story more than a solo one, and that is the honest version of the page. What matters right now is the combination of official DKZ channels, his own Instagram footprint, and a credits stack tied to the years when DKZ was actively redefining itself. That makes Giseok less about backstory mythology and more about where the group actually stood when he entered it.
