Hyungwon
Hyungwon (채형원) has always carried one of the cooler silhouettes inside MONSTA X. He debuted with the group under Starship Entertainment in 2015, but his value was never limited to one job description. He can sell a performance line, shift into glossy fashion-world framing, and still make the quieter parts of his screen work feel believable.
That range has become more useful with time. Beyond MONSTA X promotions, Hyungwon built a parallel lane through unit work, DJ sets as H.ONE, and acting projects that let his composure do more than standard idol-casting shorthand. CEO-dol Mart gave him a cleaner acting foothold, and 2026 raises the stakes again with The Grim Reaper Life Extension Project, where he appears opposite Lee Min Ki.
At the same time, MONSTA X remains active enough to keep his music identity front and center. The group's 2026 English-language return with Unfold keeps Hyungwon positioned as more than a side-quest actor. He is still operating from the middle of a durable idol brand while expanding into a more complete all-rounder profile.
