Jang Kwang
Jang Kwang (장광) has one of the rare Korean careers that still carries weight in both dubbing and on-camera acting. Official film databases trace his start as a Dongyang Broadcasting voice actor in 1978, and the longevity matters because he never turned into a nostalgia-only name. He stayed active across television, film, animation, and later-career screen work that kept introducing him to newer audiences.
The crossover became especially visible after Silenced, when his screen presence started drawing as much attention as the voice that had already been familiar for decades. That dual identity still fits the Korean dub of David, where he voices Samuel beside Park Bo Gum, Cha Ji-yeon, and Si Young-jun. HITKULTR should read him as more than a veteran utility player. He is one of the voices that helped define how Korean audiences heard imported films, animation, and later prestige localizations.
