Jo Juyeon

Jo Juyeon (조주연) is the main vocalist of V01D, the Seoul-based rookie band launched by IX Entertainment in March 2026. His appeal sits in control first: clear projection, stable live phrasing, and a rock-pop tone that immediately gave the band a credible center.

Before debut, Juyeon studied in the Acting Department at Seoul Institute of the Arts, trained at MODERNK Academy, and completed military service before entering Mnet survival show STEAL HEART CLUB in 2025. He finished 10th overall and met future bandmate Kevin Park through that process, giving his route into V01D more lived-in stage mileage than the standard trainee-only path.

V01D opened its campaign with pre-debut single ROCKROCK (樂樂) on March 3, 2026, then followed with the mini album [01] and title track Tug of War on March 11. Juyeon is the member who holds the emotional line together when the arrangement gets bigger, which is exactly what a new band needs when it is trying to separate itself from idol-group formatting.
