Kaisei

Kaisei (카이세이), born March 30, 2004, in Osaka, Japan, is the eldest member and a main dancer of NAZE under C9 Entertainment. Revealed as the final and seventh member of the group on June 25, 2025, he brings a distinctly Japanese perspective to NAZE's identity. He discovered his love for performance in middle school after being inspired by BTS, initially teaching himself choreography by mirroring their music videos at home. He eventually committed fully to dance, with wave-style movement becoming his speciality and the foundation of his stage identity. Kaisei's charm point is the dimple that appears when he smiles, and he carries a calm, thoughtful nature that contrasts with the explosive energy he delivers in performance. He loves the ocean, describing it as a personal source of inspiration, and is a self-described dog person. As the eldest, he brings quiet leadership to a group where Ato serves as the official leader. He is eager to take his NAZE members around his hometown of Osaka and cites his parents' support as central to his path into entertainment. In 2026, Kaisei made his acting debut alongside his groupmates in the TBS drama DREAM STAGE, a co-production between TBS, C9 Entertainment, and CJ ENM Japan that aired from January 16 to March 6, 2026. NAZE released four OSTs during the drama: Wanderlust, BABYBOO, Little Star, and Isn't She Lovely? The group subsequently confirmed their official debut for May 2026.
