C9 Entertainment
C9 Entertainment (C9 엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean entertainment agency founded in 2012 by Kim Dae-soon, headquartered at 41 Dongmak-ro 3-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul. Originally the management home of singer Younha, the company merged with hip-hop label Alive and indie imprint Realive to formally become C9 in 2015. CI Entertainment acquired 100 percent of the company in November 2018, with C9 continuing to operate independently under CEO Lee Jae-young.
The label built its commercial identity around its boy group roster. CIX debuted in July 2019 with former Wanna One member Bae Jinyoung, establishing C9 in the fourth-generation K-pop competitive field. EPEX followed in June 2021 as the label's second idol group, featuring members who competed on Produce X 101 and I-LAND. In 2025, C9 introduced NAZE, its first multinational boy group formed in partnership with CJ ENM Japan after a three-year talent search across Asia. NAZE gained pre-debut visibility through the Japanese TBS drama Dream Stage before their May 2026 official debut.
Beyond groups, C9 manages soloists Younha, Lee Seok-hoon, and producer duo GroovyRoom. Former roster acts include girl group cignature (2019-2024), who moved to J9 Entertainment, and GOOD DAY (2017-2019). The label operates from the Dada Building in Mapo-gu.
