Sandara Park
Sandara Park (박산다라), better known as Dara, has built one of Korean pop's most unusual cross-border careers. She first broke through in the Philippines on ABS-CBN's Star Circle Quest, returned to Korea through YG Entertainment, and then became part of 2NE1, a group whose catalog still anchors second-generation K-pop history.
What made Dara durable was never just the group run. Inside 2NE1, she gave the project a public-facing charisma that translated across fashion, variety, touring, and the wider Hallyu memory economy. That stayed true after the original group era cooled. Her 2023 EP under Abyss Company kept the solo lane active, while the 2024 Welcome Back Tour proved that the demand around her 2NE1 identity still converts in live settings.
The current chapter is sharper. In June 2026, Dara launched ARADNAS as the label for rePRISM, a band-led, live-first solo reset built around festivals, fan concerts, and an Asia fan-con tour. That shift matters because it moves her from simply participating in a comeback cycle to helping own the company, the staging logic, and the business frame around the release.
