Seo Kang-jun
Seo Kang-jun (서강준) has spent over a decade proving he is one of Korean television’s most versatile leading men. Born Lee Seung-hwan on October 12, 1993, in Gunpo, South Korea, he trained through Fantagio’s Actor’s League program before debuting as part of the actor group 5urprise in 2012. Early supporting turns in dramas like The Suspicious Housekeeper (2013) gave way to his first major lead in the romantic comedy Cunning Single Lady (2014), which earned him Best New Actor at the 7th Korea Drama Awards.
His breakout came with Cheese in the Trap (2016), a college romance that made him a national name overnight. He followed it with the science-fiction romance Are You Human? (2018), the crime thriller Watcher (2019), and the slow-burn intimate drama When the Weather Is Fine (2020). After completing mandatory military service, he returned with the sci-fi thriller Grid (2022) before delivering his career-defining work as a demoted NIS agent going undercover in a high school in Undercover High School (2025) on MBC. The performance earned him the Daesang at the 2025 MBC Drama Awards. Now under his own agency, Man of Creation, he stars opposite Ahn Eun-jin in KBS’s 2026 romantic drama Another Love But You, playing Namgoong Ho, a confectioner confronting the slow erosion of a decade-long love.
