Yel
Yel (옐), born Han Shin-young (한신영), is the youngest member of H1-KEY and one of the group's most important performance drivers. She debuted in January 2022 as part of the original lineup under Choi Creative Lab, and from the start the pitch around her was obvious. She had height, speed, flexibility, and the kind of stage focus that lets a rookie read bigger than her experience level.
Before debut, Yel trained at JYP Entertainment and was introduced publicly through a self-choreographed dance clip that immediately framed her as a movement-first idol. That pre-debut image held up. Inside H1-KEY, she has become central to the group's sharper performance angles while still contributing vocals, rap texture, and visible growth across each release cycle. The best H1-KEY songs tend to ask for athletic stage execution, and Yel is usually right at the center of that design.
Her career timeline also lines up with H1-KEY's creative climb from Athletic Girl into releases like Rose Blossom, Seoul Dreaming, Love or Hate, Lovestruck, and 2026's Lovechapter. That matters because Yel's public identity is no longer just maknae energy or raw dance skill. She now reads as one of the members helping define H1-KEY's physical style, especially in eras where the group leans into stronger emotional choreography and more mature stage framing.
