Yeowon

Yeowon (여원), born Kim Yeowon, was the captain and lead rapper who helped define USPEER's original seven-member frame. She trained for nearly four years before debuting through the group's June 2025 single album Speed Zone, bringing the kind of athlete discipline that made the captain title feel earned instead of symbolic.

Her trajectory changed quickly. After going on hiatus in September 2025 because of health concerns, Yeowon ultimately ended her group activities in May 2026 as MW Entertainment prepared USPEER's first six-member comeback. That timing means her page matters in two directions at once: as part of the group's debut era, and as a key figure in the lineup shift that now frames USPEER's next chapter.

Even with a short public run so far, the record is clear. Yeowon was central to the team's first era, and any serious read of USPEER's reset has to account for the role she played before stepping away.
