ama (all my anecdotes) is a South Korean entertainment company founded in January 2026 by CEO Jay Kim, formerly a director at Warner Music Korea, and CCO Lee Hae-in (이해인), the singer, producer, and creative director behind KISS OF LIFE and CLOSE YOUR EYES.

The company name reflects its founding philosophy: collecting and sharing meaningful stories through music and identity. Lee Hae-in, a former contestant on Produce 101 and Idol School who later transitioned into production, has built a reputation for crafting precise artist identities. She served as creative director on KISS OF LIFE's retro R&B concept and directed JTBC's idol audition program PROJECT 7, through which she discovered CLOSE YOUR EYES. Jay Kim's background at Warner Music Korea gives ama direct access to international distribution and licensing infrastructure.

Their debut act is OWIS (오위스, Only When I Sleep), a five-member virtual girl group that previewed at the 40th Golden Disc Awards in January 2026 before officially debuting on March 23, 2026 with their first mini-album MUSEUM. The group operates on a hybrid virtual-to-real concept: its members exist as virtual characters but are voiced and performed by real individuals, blurring the boundary between animation and live performance.
