MAA Korea
MAA Korea is a Seoul actor-management company that has built its reputation by staying selective. Founded on May 17, 2018, the agency scaled not through volume but through a tightly curated roster that includes names such as Go Youn-jung, Roh Yoon-seo, Hong Su-zu, and Jo Hye Joo. That positioning matters in a market where actor agencies often compete by looking bigger than they are. MAA wins by looking sharper.
The company presents itself as a comprehensive entertainment business, but the public-facing identity is closer to a boutique image house with mainstream casting reach. Its actors sit at the intersection of premium-drama visibility, fashion appeal, and brand-friendly polish, which helps explain why MAA keeps showing up in conversations about the next wave of Seoul screen talent.
WYSIWYG Studios backing gave MAA more corporate scale in 2022 without diluting the minimalist brand language that made it stand out in the first place. That balance between selective curation and larger infrastructure is the point. MAA does not operate like a legacy talent factory. It operates like a focused growth agency for actors with breakout upside.
