Roh Yoon-seo (노윤서) moved from newcomer to high-trust lead unusually fast because her screen presence never feels overworked. She debuted in tvN's Our Blues in 2022 and immediately read like an actor with stronger internal control than most first-timers. That first impression only got louder in Crash Course in Romance, where she turned a pressure-cooker supporting role into the emotional hinge of one of Korean television's biggest mainstream dramas that year.
The industry caught up quickly. Roh won Best New Actress at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards, then used Hear Me: Our Summer to prove she could hold quieter, more delicate material on the film side too. Her trajectory has not been built on volume. It has been built on hit rate, choosing projects that let restraint do the work rather than forcing scale for its own sake.
That makes her 2026 slate worth watching closely. She remains one of the signature young actors at MAA Korea, with I Decided to Die for tvN and The East Palace extending her into bigger genre territory.
