ODE Entertainment

ODE Entertainment (오드 엔터테인먼트) is an independent South Korean record label and management agency co-founded by Donghae and Eunhyuk of Super Junior in September 2023. After nearly two decades under SM Entertainment, the longtime duo took a rare step in K-pop and built something of their own.

The name ODE stands for One Donghae Eunhyuk, a phrase Eunhyuk discussed publicly, though the label also doubles as an ode to their shared history. Both members serve as co-CEOs, with longtime Super Junior manager Won Yong Sun joining as part of the core leadership team.

ODE handles all solo and sub-unit activities for both artists, including their joint project Super Junior-D&E. In January 2024, the label announced a Japan expansion through a partnership with Warner Music Korea, which took over as D&E management in the Japanese market and launched an official Japanese fanclub site. D&E immediately followed with their Departure Japan arena tour in April 2024, spanning Osaka, Tokyo, Saitama, Fukuoka, and other cities across nine performances.

Donghae has used the independence to expand into acting, appearing in multiple dramas since leaving SM. All Super Junior group activities continue through a separate arrangement with SM Entertainment. ODE is based in Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
