Donghae
Donghae (동해), born Lee Dong-hae on October 15, 1986, in Mokpo, South Korea, is one of the defining performers of K-pop's second generation. A singer, songwriter, dancer, and actor, he debuted as a member of Super Junior on November 6, 2005, under SM Entertainment after four years of training following his win at SM's Youth Best Contest in 2001.
For nearly two decades, Donghae anchored Super Junior's performance unit while developing a reputation for meticulous stage craft. He is a member of two sub-units: Super Junior-D&E with Eunhyuk, and Super Junior-M, the group's Mandopop project. His first solo single, "Harmony," arrived in February 2020.
In July 2023, Donghae departed from SM Entertainment alongside Eunhyuk and co-founded ODE Entertainment the following September. In April 2026, he released "Alive," his first solo studio album, two decades after he first stepped on stage. The accompanying tour sold out Seoul in minutes and spanned seven cities across Asia.
