PEACHY
PEACHY is the boutique Seoul management house built around a prestige-first actor roster rather than scale for scale's sake. The company emerged in 2025 with Jun Ji-hyun as its defining face, framing itself through stripped-back design, limited public messaging, and a luxury-calm identity that feels closer to premium fashion positioning than volume talent management.
That strategy sharpened when Kim So Hyun joined in August 2025. With Jun Ji-hyun anchoring the top end and Kim So Hyun bringing a younger but already deep drama résumé, PEACHY became relevant fast without needing a crowded board. Its official website and Instagram both push the same message: selective representation, polished image control, and long-cycle screen careers over constant-content churn.
The agency's market value sits in that restraint. PEACHY is not trying to look like the busiest shop in Korean entertainment. It is trying to look like the place where already-proven stars can reset image, protect premium, and move into the next phase with tighter brand control. In a field crowded with scale plays, that narrower positioning is the story.
