Dami
Dami (다미), born Lee Yubin (이유빈; English name: Emma Lee) on March 7, 1997 in Seoul, South Korea, is the main rapper and lead dancer of K-pop girl group Dreamcatcher. Her deep, distinctive voice and razor-edged rap delivery are defining sonic signatures of one of fourth-gen K-pop's most respected alternative acts.
Dami pre-debuted as a member of MINX in 2014 under Happyface Entertainment. When MINX relaunched as Dreamcatcher in January 2017, she transitioned into the group's main rapper, developing a vocal and lyrical style rooted in intensity and emotional precision. Over eight years with the group, she cemented her reputation as one of the sharpest rappers in K-pop's alternative lane, contributing to acclaimed albums across the Nightmare, Dystopia, and Apocalypse series.
Her contract with Dreamcatcher Company expired March 31, 2025, after which she chose not to renew, becoming an independent artist while continuing as a Dreamcatcher member. On October 31, 2025, she released her first solo single, "Chequered Flag" (featuring Yoohyeon), a driving electronic track she wrote and produced herself. The F1-inspired single marked her debut as a self-sufficient solo artist. As of early 2026, she is the only Dreamcatcher member operating independently outside a shared management company.
