Yoohyeon
Yoohyeon (유현), born Kim Yoohyeon (김유현) on January 7, 1997, sits at the center of Dreamcatcher's melodic architecture. She debuted first through MINX in 2014, then carried that experience into Dreamcatcher's 2017 relaunch under Dreamcatcher Company, giving her one of the more unusual second-start careers in modern K-pop.
Her value to the group is range. Yoohyeon's tone can cut cleanly through Dreamcatcher's heavier rock production, but it also lands in softer material, unit work, and stripped-down covers. That flexibility is why she remains a key bridge between the performance identities of JiU, SuA, and Dami whenever the group shifts from harder title-track energy into more melodic B-sides and special stages.
Her solo catalog is still selective rather than oversized, which works in her favor. "For" gave her a clean individual statement in 2022, and 2025's UAU launch pushed her voice into a smaller-unit setting where detail mattered more than sheer scale. The result is a profile built less on volume than reliability: Yoohyeon keeps showing up as one of the members Dreamcatcher trusts most when a song needs lift, clarity, or control.
