Fuma
Fuma (후마 / フウマ), born Murata Fuma (村田風雅), is the Japanese sub-leader and oldest member of &TEAM. He entered the group with more lived performance mileage than most idol trainees, including professional dance work and a backup-dancer stint on BTS's Japan concerts. That history is why his stage presence reads so settled.
His route into debut was longer than a standard rookie sprint. After working through HYBE's Japan-side trainee system and briefly registering for Produce 101 Japan Season 2 before withdrawing, he arrived at &AUDITION - The Howling as one of the pre-selected members. From there, his value to &TEAM became obvious: experience, rhythm, and the kind of emotional control that keeps a younger group from wobbling.
That role has only grown as the catalog has expanded. From First Howling: ME through Yukiakari, Back to Life, and the current We on Fire campaign, Fuma has functioned as both performance ballast and internal stabilizer. The 2026 BLAZE THE WAY tour push makes that even clearer.
