Quietly stacking a resume that punches above her experience level. 한동희 came into focus with a supporting role in tvN acclaimed Joseon palace drama Under the Queen's Umbrella (2022), holding her own in an ensemble anchored by Kim Hye-soo and Kim Hae-sook. She followed it with the critically received medical comedy May I Help You? and a role in the Song Hye-kyo-led horror film Dark Nuns (2025). The real breakout came in 2024. Han appeared in three high-profile productions back-to-back: Captivating the King (tvN, 2024), period thriller Gyeongseong Creature (Netflix, 2024), and A Bloody Lucky Day (tvN, 2023). Each built her credibility as a supporting player who could hold scenes against established leads. In 2025 she delivered the kind of moment that resets a career. As Seo Ah-ra in Queen Mantis (SBS), she played a copycat serial killer mimicking the series villain, a role that detonated in the back half of the show and drew comparisons to Gong Yoo for raw screen intensity. That is the kind of role that makes casting directors take notice. Signed to Noon Company, she plays First Lieutenant Jo Ye-rin in the upcoming TVING military comedy The Legend of Kitchen Soldier (2026) and appears in the ENA thriller Climax (2026).
