Huh Yunjin
Huh Yunjin (허윤진) has become one of the clearest creative signatures inside LE SSERAFIM. Born in Seoul and raised in New York, she came into K-pop with a bicultural frame that shaped both her writing and the way she speaks to fans. That perspective matters because Yunjin is not just a strong vocalist in a major group. She is one of the members actively shaping its language from the inside.
Before debut, she trained under Pledis Entertainment and competed on Produce 48 in 2018, finishing outside the final lineup. After nearly stepping away from the idol path, she returned through HYBE and Source Music, debuting with LE SSERAFIM on May 2, 2022. Since then she has accumulated writing credits across the group's core catalog, including FEARLESS, ANTIFRAGILE, UNFORGIVEN, EASY, CRAZY, and 2025's HOT.
Her solo releases pushed the picture further. "Raise Y_our Glass," "I ≠ Doll," and 2025's "jellyfish" showed a songwriter willing to move between vulnerability, critique, and left-turn melodic ideas without sanding off the edges. That willingness to test what an idol can say in her own voice is what keeps Yunjin central to LE SSERAFIM's identity rather than simply adjacent to it.
