Kangmin
Kangmin (강민), born Yoo Kang-min (유강민) on January 25, 2003 in Busan, is a South Korean singer, performer, and actor under Jellyfish Entertainment. He debuted with VERIVERY on January 9, 2019 and grew into one of the group's most visible younger-generation faces as its maknae.
Kangmin entered the industry young, training after commuting between Busan and Seoul, then debuting as part of Jellyfish's seven-member boy group rollout. Across VERIVERY's catalog, he developed from a fresh-faced rookie into a sharper performer with a cleaner center presence, particularly through the FACE IT, Series O, and Liminality eras.
In 2026, Kangmin opened a new chapter with his first solo single album Free Falling, released on March 26. The rollout arrived after a run of solo fan meetings across Seoul, Hong Kong, Osaka, Yokohama, and Taipei, and alongside his acting move into the short-form drama Jump Boy LIVE. The timing positioned him not just as VERIVERY's maknae anymore, but as an artist beginning to define his own lane.
