Kumi
Kumi is the rap-line spark inside Baby DONT Cry, the four-member girl group launched by P Nation in 2025. Born Takei Miku in Japan, she entered the market with a sharper tone than most rookies her age, balancing clipped delivery with a lighter on-camera presence that keeps the group from feeling overly fixed into one mood.
That contrast is why she stands out. Baby DONT Cry arrived with a fast release run, from the pre-debut single Bet You'll Regret It and debut project F Girl to I Dont Care, Shapeshifter, and the first mini album AFTER CRY. Across that run, Kumi has been one of the members most tied to the group's attitude-heavy sections, giving the songs extra bite without flattening the melodic side of the team.
She also represents part of Baby DONT Cry's wider appeal. As one of the group's Japanese members, Kumi gives the lineup a natural cross-market angle while still feeling fully locked into the group's Korean pop identity. For a rookie team still early in its build, she already looks like an important piece of its performance and branding ceiling.
