Baby DONT Cry
Baby DONT Cry (베이비돈크라이) is the first girl group launched by P Nation, turning the PSY-founded company from a soloist-heavy roster into a label with a real idol-growth play. The four-member lineup pairs Korean members Yihyun and Beni with Japanese members Kumi and Mia, giving the team a built-in bilingual edge from day one. Their early creative framing arrived with genuine pedigree too: Jeon Soyeon of (G)I-DLE led production and creative direction across the debut era, which immediately set a sharper tone than the average rookie launch.
The group debuted on June 23, 2025 with the single album F Girl after P Nation opened the official channels and started the rollout with logo motion and teaser content that pulled heavy attention before release. The debut campaign quickly translated into traction. The F Girl music video crossed 26 million views in its first week, the showcase sold out, and the follow-up digital single I Dont Care showed the team could hold interest beyond the novelty of being P Nation's first girl group.
That momentum carried into the March 24, 2026 mini album AFTER CRY, led by the pre-release Shapeshifter and title track Bittersweet. Offstage, leader Yihyun's appointment as an SBS Inkigayo co-MC extended the group's visibility beyond music-show promotion. Baby DONT Cry still feels early in its run, but the combination of strong concept execution, a clear label narrative, and a quickly defined member chemistry has already made the group one of the more watched rookie acts in the current market.
