Rui (루이; birth name Chen Kuan-jui, 陳冠叡; English name Ray Chen; born December 28, 2000 in Taipei, Taiwan) is a Taiwanese singer, dancer, and the designated all-rounder of Xlov. Rui trained at YueHua Entertainment before participating in Mnet's Boys Planet in 2023, where he competed under his full name Chen Kuanjui and ranked 23rd. He was revealed as the second member of Xlov on December 19, 2024, and debuted with the group on January 7, 2025. A trained dancer, Rui specializes in modern dance, ballet, and Chinese traditional dance. His flexibility and leg length are strengths he often highlights. NCT's Ten and Taeyong are among his biggest influences, and he's earned the nickname "The Dancing King" for his performance skills. Rui is fluent in Chinese, Korean, and English. His hobbies include copying choreography, stretching, drawing, and dancing. He's a proud member of the "mint chocolate squad" and counts mala soup, samgyeopsal, and kimbap among his favorite foods. He remains close with ZEROBASEONE's Zhang Hao from their Boys Planet days.
