Rui (루이), born Chen Kuan-jui (陳冠叡), is a Taiwanese singer and performer whose appeal sits in precision rather than excess. Before debuting with XLOV in January 2025, he trained in the Yuehua system and raised his profile through Boys Planet, where his clean lines and polished stage control made him one of the more memorable contestants to miss the final group.

That background shows in XLOV. Rui gives the team a steadier center, especially when the music leans into atmosphere over brute-force hooks. He moves with enough control to sell the group's gender-fluid visual language, but he also keeps the performances from drifting into concept-first emptiness.
