Kim Si-hyeon (김시현), known as Sihyeon (시현), is the leader and lead vocalist of EVERGLOW. Born August 5, 1999, in Bundang-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, she trained for nearly three years before debuting with EVERGLOW on March 18, 2019, under Yuehua Entertainment. She competed on Mnet’s Produce 101 (Season 1, eliminated episode 8) and later on Produce 48 (2018, eliminated episode 11), building her craft across two of K-pop’s most competitive survival formats before her group debut.
Sihyeon became the group’s official leader in May 2021, stepping into the role during EVERGLOW’s most commercially active period. She anchors the group vocally and is the face most associated with its identity, known in fandom for her striking resemblance to Suzy, her bunny teeth, and her nickname “Positive Queen.” Her role models are Sunmi and TVXQ’s Yunho.
After EVERGLOW’s contracts with Yuehua ended in June 2025, Sihyeon went live on social media to reassure fans the group would continue. On September 10, 2025, she signed with Chxxta Company alongside groupmates E:U, Onda, and Aisha, continuing EVERGLOW as a four-member unit.
