Tsuki
Tsuki, born Fukutomi Tsuki (福富つき), is one of the faces most casual viewers identify first when they land on Billlie. Her precision is not just about facial-expression clips or fancam virality. It is about how she turns small timing changes into a full performance language, which is why she has stayed central to Billlie's identity since the group's November 10, 2021 debut under MYSTIC STORY.
Before the Korea breakout, Tsuki worked in Japan through MAGICOUR, then reset her trajectory in K-pop and quickly became one of Billlie's most recognisable members alongside Moon Sua, Suhyeon, Siyoon, Haram, Sheon, and Haruna. Tracks such as GingaMingaYo, RING ma Bell, and later catalog entries kept widening that profile, while Billlie's world tour footprint proved the group had real global pull rather than just internet momentum.
Tsuki has also pushed beyond group promotions. Her 2023 OST release I Don't Know Yet What Love Is gave her a clean solo streaming touchpoint, and her 2026 panel role on Channel A's Heart Signal 5 showed how naturally her camera presence transfers into mainstream entertainment. That crossover matters. It positions her less as a single-era idol standout and more as a performer with staying power across music, television, and the broader K-culture economy.
