Tsuki, born Fukutomi Tsuki (福富つき), is one of the faces most casual viewers identify first when they land on Billlie. Her precision is not just about facial-expression clips or fancam virality. It is about how she turns small timing changes into a full performance language, which is why she has stayed central to Billlie's identity since the group's November 10, 2021 debut under MYSTIC STORY.
Before the Korea breakout, Tsuki worked in Japan through MAGICOUR, then reset her trajectory in K-pop and quickly became one of Billlie's most recognisable members alongside Moon Sua, Suhyeon, Siyoon, Haram, Sheon, and Haruna.
