Yihyun (이현), born Jo Yi Hyun (조이현) on April 11, 2006, in Bundang-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, is the leader and main vocalist of Baby DONT Cry (베이비 돈 크라이), the four-member girl group under P Nation produced by Jeon Soyeon of (G)I-DLE. The only member of the group to promote under her real name, Yihyun has been building toward her debut since childhood: appearing on the children's singing survival program Wicked, training as a member of the Little Angels Art Troupe, and working as a child model for Polham Kids.

Yihyun's pre-debut path was unconventional. She attended Seodang Elementary School and Songpa Middle School, then studied abroad at Sri Kdu International School in Malaysia before passing her high school GED after leaving Apgujeong High School. When P Nation began revealing their upcoming girl group in April 2025 under the provisional name "P Girls," Yihyun was identified immediately as the group's leader, a designation that stuck when the group officially became Baby DONT Cry.

The group released the pre-debut single 지금을 놓치면 분명 너 후회할 거야 (Bet You'll Regret It) before officially debuting on June 23, 2025 with the single album F Girl. Baby DONT Cry returned on March 24, 2026 with their first mini album AFTER CRY, their most substantial release to date, solidifying Yihyun's role as the group's creative and vocal anchor. Outside of group activities, she serves as co-MC on SBS Inkigayo alongside TWS's Shinyu and &TEAM's EJ.
