Celltrion Entertainment Co., Ltd. (셀트리온 엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean television drama production company and artist management agency, established in January 2012 as Dream E&M Co., Ltd. under the Celltrion Group, the biopharmaceutical conglomerate founded by Seo Jung-jin. The company is headquartered at the KBS Media Center in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and operates across drama production, film production, and talent management.
In April 2017, the company merged with Thespis Entertainment, the agency owned by actor Lee Beom-soo, who became co-CEO of the combined entity. Since then, Celltrion Entertainment has operated dual divisions: drama production (led by Park Jae-sam) and movie production and artist management (led by Lee Beom-soo). Its production slate spans major primetime dramas across KBS2, MBC, SBS, tvN, and JTBC.
Landmark productions include the family drama Wang's Family (KBS2, 2014), which peaked at 34% ratings and ranked among that year's biggest hits. In 2019, the company scaled up with the action-thriller Vagabond, a joint SBS and Netflix production starring Lee Seung-gi and Bae Suzy. Recent productions include the tvN legal drama Pro Bono (2025) and the tvN workplace comedy Undercover Miss Hong (2026), starring Park Shin-hye and co-produced with Studio Dragon, which became a Netflix Global Top 10 hit with Seoul ratings peaking at 12.6%.
