CTDENM

CTDENM (씨티디이엔엠; CTD E&M) is a South Korean entertainment company founded September 15, 2022 by CEO Yun Do-yeon. The label entered the K-pop conversation in mid-2023 when it signed five former LOONA members: HyunJin, YeoJin, ViVi, Go Won, and HyeJu (formerly Olivia Hye). All five had departed Blockberry Creative following prolonged contract disputes. Under CTDENM, they re-debuted as Loossemble (루셈블) with a new identity and a dedicated fanbase following them from their LOONA days.

The Loossemble era at CTDENM was short-lived. On November 29, 2024, the company announced that exclusive contracts with all five members had ended. The departure raised industry speculation about the company's financial stability, particularly as fan club kits sold through 2025 had not been fulfilled. The members were subsequently reported to be searching for a new agency as a unit.

CTDENM continued operations after Loossemble's departure. In June 2024, the label signed Canadian singer Tony Yu (a contestant from Produce X 101) for Korean activities. By April 2025, CTDENM's Rookie Development Team opened an Instagram account, revealing trainees believed to be preparing for a new boy group debut. The company remains active with current and developing artists.
